Description
Braze is looking for a Lead Design Engineer to take ownership and develop their design system and shared UX foundations. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on shaping the technical and design direction of UI foundations, collaborating closely with Engineering to ensure robustness, scalability, accessibility, and implementation-readiness across product teams. The role involves modernizing the design system, driving automation, improving system quality, and mentoring designers and engineers. It also aims to future-proof the design system by enabling programmatic access and validation through various tools and AI-assisted workflows.
