Description
Kaseya is hiring for a Windows infrastructure operations role focused on server monitoring, Active Directory administration, patching, virtualization, backup and disaster recovery support, and basic networking troubleshooting in enterprise or managed services environments. The position requires strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware, Exchange cumulative updates, storage management, AV/security tools, and incident documentation, with preferred exposure to ITIL and relevant certifications.
