Description
Aretum is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Test Engineer to join their team supporting a large-scale federal technology modernization program. The role involves validating application quality across various testing disciplines, including functional testing, test automation, digital accessibility evaluation, and performance testing. The engineer will work as part of an Agile scrum team, execute manual and automated tests within sprint cycles, maintain automation frameworks, evaluate UI code for WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance, and conduct load and performance testing before major releases. This is a hands-on role requiring strong testing depth and excellent communication skills to convey findings to developers, product owners, and program leadership. Employees may handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must comply with safeguarding and regulatory requirements.
