Cigna Group is seeking a highly experienced System Analyst to elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements for Generative AI use cases. This role involves translating business questions into AI workflows, supporting model evaluations, participating in PoCs, creating documentation, and facilitating cross-functional communication. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in system/product analysis or technology consulting, strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts like Generative AI and NLP, and familiarity with cloud-based systems and API-driven architectures.
