CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Storage Engineer to design, build, and operate the control plane for their high-performance AI storage platform. The role involves evolving CoreWeave’s storage systems by creating reliable, scalable, and high-throughput solutions for large AI workloads. Collaboration with various teams ensures automatic scaling, seamless service delivery, and optimized performance and reliability. Key responsibilities include developing exabyte-scale S3-compatible object storage, integrating dedicated storage clusters, optimizing performance with technologies like RDMA and SPDK, improving reliability, collaborating with operations for monitoring and optimization, and mentoring other engineers.
