CoreWeave is seeking a Staff, Data Center Augmentation Engineer to lead the engineering efforts for upgrading, expanding, and optimizing their data center footprint to support high-density AI workloads. This role involves working with MEP consultants and operational stakeholders to manage large-scale retrofits, ensuring the physical infrastructure supports the immense power and thermal demands of next-generation AI hardware like NVIDIA’s H100 and Blackwell architectures. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Mission-Critical Operations, strong technical knowledge of power and cooling systems, and proven leadership in managing multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects.
