Mixpanel is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Growth team. This role focuses on optimizing user acquisition, activation, and conversion through web experimentation. The engineer will develop and analyze A/B tests across marketing sites and product onboarding flows, working full-stack from frontend UI changes to backend data pipelines. Collaboration with Product and Design is essential to translate experiment insights into product improvements, significantly impacting Mixpanel's top-of-funnel growth and self-serve revenue.
