Robinhood is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Core Financial Products Engineering team. This role involves designing, building, testing, and releasing backend systems for financial products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating with external financial institutions, and contributing to engineering best practices. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of hands-on software engineering experience, proficiency in Python/Django or Go, a solid understanding of relational databases, curiosity in financial systems, and strong computer science fundamentals. The position is based in Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY, requiring in-person attendance three days per week.
