Broadridge is seeking a Software Engineer with 7-10 years of experience in Java, JSP, Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, DB2, and front-end technologies like JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and XML. The role involves designing, developing, modifying, adapting, and implementing technology solutions through new and existing applications, systems architecture, and network systems. Responsibilities include coding, testing, debugging, documenting software solutions, developing program logic, ensuring successful implementation of system improvements, and working in an Agile development environment. Candidates should also possess strong problem-solving, debugging, Git, Angular, jQuery, and CI/CD tool experience. They must apply theoretical knowledge to achieve goals, demonstrate specific functional expertise, guide others as needed, solve complex problems, act as a resource to colleagues, understand and apply procedures/concepts, know best practices, integrate with other disciplines, and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills.
