Description
The Senior Program Manager for a DoW IT program leads and integrates enterprise-wide network modernization efforts, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of secure, resilient fiber and wireless network capabilities. This role ensures the provision of adequate on-range bandwidth for moving large volumes of test data, enabling interoperable, multi-domain Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) distributed testing, seamless data transfer to cloud environments, and meeting throughput, redundancy, and lifecycle sustainability requirements through coordinated fielding of modernized network infrastructure. The SPM also manages contractor personnel, ensures quality and efficiency, and acts as the primary interface between government stakeholders, technical teams, and acquisition partners.
