Weave is seeking a Senior Performance Engineer to lead their performance engineering practice. The role involves ensuring the scalability of the Truelark platform following its acquisition, building a self-service performance testing platform, championing performance best practices, conducting bottleneck analysis, and defining SLOs. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, strong programming skills in Go and/or Python, Kubernetes expertise, CI/CD mastery, and performance testing expertise. The position is remote and based in India.
