Verve is seeking a highly organized individual to join their leadership team as a Senior Manager, Strategy & Execution. This role involves close collaboration with the Chief of Staff and executive leadership to transform strategic priorities into tangible outcomes. The successful candidate will manage critical planning cycles like quarterly OKRs and performance reports, spearhead impactful cross-functional projects throughout their lifecycle, and enhance decision speed by consolidating insights and crafting compelling materials for stakeholder alignment. Additionally, they will identify operational inefficiencies, partner with department heads to establish scalable processes, and monitor key initiatives to maintain consistent progress and drive organizational momentum.
