Roush is seeking a Prototype Program Manager in Livonia, MI. This full-time role involves leading a cross-functional team through the entire lifecycle of a program, acting as the primary customer contact, and ensuring high-quality delivery according to customer specifications and contracts. Responsibilities include managing program aspects, balancing constraints, monitoring progress, communicating with stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, managing budgets, and supporting proposal development. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 5 years of project coordination or management experience, and possess excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications is also required. While a bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field is preferred, familiarity with quality management systems, low-volume manufacturing, and engineering drawings is advantageous.
