Resource Innovations is seeking a Proposal Lead to manage the entire proposal development process from RFP receipt to submission. This role involves creating persuasive and compliant proposal content, utilizing tools like Salesforce and SharePoint, coordinating approvals, and providing technical writing services. After submission, the Proposal Lead will support technical clarifications, revisions, content archiving, interview preparations, and documenting lessons learned. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and leadership skills, along with experience in developing proposals for RFPs/RFIs/RFQs/RFAs.
