Description
Stratus is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to develop and execute comprehensive project plans for sign design, manufacturing, and installation. The role involves collaborating with internal departments like Art, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production Control, selecting and managing subcontractors, negotiating pricing, overseeing installation quality, and preparing final billing packages. The Project Manager will also lead large-scale, multi-site exterior signage programs, serve as the primary customer-facing lead, translate customer goals into actionable plans, and monitor financial performance to ensure profitability. They will build strong customer relationships, manage escalations, conduct post-mortem analyses, mentor junior project managers, and contribute to process improvements.
