This role involves managing all assigned projects efficiently to ensure client retention, satisfaction, and repeat revenue growth. The successful candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of localization projects, from creation of estimates and proposals to project planning, implementation, scheduling, and financial monitoring. Key responsibilities also include communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders, adhering to company processes, identifying improvements, holding meetings, maintaining invoices, and developing process documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with RWS tools, and a commitment to delivering quality results.
