Arkatechture is seeking a Program Manager to join their growing Product organization. This role involves leading and facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing stakeholder communications, driving accountabilities, executing resource and capacity planning, and continuously improving processes. The Program Manager will collaborate with various internal teams like Product, Technology, Solution Architects, System Administrators, Developers, and Stakeholders to plan and deliver new product capabilities and enhancements using agile methodologies. The ideal candidate is a strong critical thinker and problem-solver with excellent communication skills, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
