ActioNet is seeking a Program Manager in Vienna, Virginia to provide executive governance and strategic oversight of enterprise IT infrastructure and operations, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, VMware, WAN/MPLS, monitoring, cybersecurity, backup/recovery, and ITSM processes. The role leads monthly executive program reviews, governs change management, oversees remediation and compliance, manages major incidents, and ensures operational readiness and service stability for a federal/enterprise technology environment. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree plus extensive relevant experience, PMP certification, active TS or Q clearance, and familiarity with IT operations, cybersecurity compliance, SLA reporting, and federal cloud/ICAM initiatives.
