As a Program Director E2E Planning Transformations, I will lead and manage comprehensive end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives for clients. This involves designing and implementing programs, defining advanced processes, and guiding clients through organizational, people, data, and system changes. My role includes taking ownership of program delivery, resource allocation, coaching internal teams, acting as a strategic partner to clients, organizing workshops, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and providing continuous guidance throughout the implementation process. I also focus on risk management, reporting progress, and sharing my industry knowledge within the company.
