As Program Director E2E Planning Transformations, I will lead and manage comprehensive end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives for clients. This involves designing and implementing programs, defining advanced processes, and guiding clients through organizational, human resource, data, and system changes. My role includes taking ownership of program delivery, allocating resources, coaching internal teams, acting as a strategic partner to clients, organizing workshops, and ensuring alignment across all stakeholders. I also focus on risk management, continuous improvement, and sharing my industry knowledge within Bluecrux.
