Description
As Program Director E2E Planning Transformations, I will lead and implement comprehensive end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives for clients. This involves designing and defining advanced processes, guiding clients through their entire supply chain planning journey across various dimensions such as process, organizational structure, personnel, data, and systems. Leveraging my industry knowledge, I will support clients in achieving higher maturity levels by actively collaborating with them to ensure successful adoption and flourishing of transformations. Key responsibilities include taking ownership of program delivery, defining workstream structures, allocating resources, coaching internal teams, acting as a strategic partner to clients, organizing workshops, facilitating alignment among stakeholders, co-creating playbooks, providing continuous guidance during implementation, managing risks, reporting progress, and sharing industry insights within the company.
