The role focuses on quote generation, opportunity and order processing, project scoping support, SOW and change order coordination, documentation accuracy, proposal quality assurance, pipeline tracking, and process improvement. It is an entry-level position requiring a high school diploma or equivalent and preferred experience with Salesforce/CRM tools, operations, cybersecurity, or professional services, with up to 10% travel and primarily remote work for U.S.-based employees.
