Sezzle is looking for a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning models for their financial platform. The role involves creating personalized recommendations, fraud detection, and credit risk assessment solutions using cloud services, open-source tools, and proprietary algorithms. The engineer will also blend MLOps to automate the ML lifecycle, collaborate with product teams, develop monitoring frameworks, support cross-departmental AI utilization, and provide production support. Additionally, the role includes mentoring team members and staying updated on emerging ML technologies.
