Advanced Drainage Systems is seeking a Plastic Manufacturing Technician to join their team. This role involves packaging, labeling, and visually inspecting products, assisting with line operations like start-ups and shutdowns, and partnering with operators to achieve production goals. The technician must embrace a safety-first culture, track production quantities, utilize SOPs for packaging, and maintain a safe working environment. They will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in company training programs. The position requires flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends, and demands strong self-motivation, teamwork, mathematical skills, and the ability to learn new pipe specifications and packaging requirements. Physical stamina is necessary due to prolonged standing, movement, and handling of materials.
