The successful candidate will be responsible for packaging, labeling, and visually inspecting products, assisting with line operations such as start-ups, shutdowns, and tooling changes. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to continuously improve processes. Candidates must be able to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends, and possess basic mathematical skills.
