Cencora is looking for a 9-month contract pharmacist to ensure accurate prescription dispensing, provide patient counseling, coordinate pharmacy staff, and optimize pharmacy operations. The role involves collaborating with various departments, reporting adverse events, and potentially requiring on-call availability. Candidates should have a B.Sc. Pharmacy degree, current Ontario College of Pharmacists registration, excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and legislation, and a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Strong communication, customer service, and business acumen skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and an understanding of cold chain distribution and third-party billing.
