The Parts Sales Representative is responsible for managing the sale, reception, and distribution of parts and accessories, providing excellent in-store customer service, organizing promotional activities, and performing stocking tasks. Key responsibilities include promoting products, supplying technicians, assisting with merchandising, verifying shipments, maintaining cleanliness, following up on shortages, and ensuring all departmental tools and vehicles are operational. The role also involves basic data entry, understanding parts and machinery, utilizing the John Deere Parts Catalog software, teamwork, physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs., and adherence to safety standards.
