Description
Oportun is looking for full-time Member Loyalty Representatives to join their team. These representatives will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and conducting outreach activities to educate members and communities about Oportun's financial services. They will also perform light housekeeping and use computers for administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), outgoing, sales-focused, and committed to helping members.
