Description
Roush is seeking a Lead Vehicle Engineer to act as the principal engineer for a specific vehicle program. This role involves defining and managing vehicle attribute targets, overseeing requirement flow-down, leading system integration, making daily technical decisions, conducting technical reviews, developing risk registers, and representing the program in customer and executive reviews. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle or mobility product engineering, proficiency in system-level packaging and ICD management, and excellent technical leadership and collaboration skills.
