Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate to join their team in Panama City, Florida. This full-time position involves leading by example to create a warm, welcoming environment, empowering associates, driving consultative selling, achieving daily KPI goals, reinforcing customer purchase decisions, staying informed on promotions, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role includes executing opening and closing duties, verifying customer IDs, managing inventory, leading inventory counts, maintaining store cleanliness, upholding compliance, and acting as the primary leader in the absence of store management.
