Description
Verve is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to join their team in Berlin and Bangalore. This role involves working closely with product, engineering, and Machine Learning engineers to develop prototypes into solutions, focusing primarily on Audience Generation and Insight projects. The successful candidate will supervise a team of seven data scientists, manage team capacity, foster a high-performing culture, and independently design and implement scalable systems. They will also refine problem-solving tools, partner with Product Management and Backend Engineering, and stay actively involved in technical implementation, discovering insights, designing experiments, and overseeing A/B testing.
