Launch Potato is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to join their remote-first team. This role involves leading scalable data engineering efforts, building and optimizing ETL and data lake processes, ingesting and transforming data for reporting and analysis, partnering with BI and Analytics teams, and maintaining database monitoring and quality assurance workflows. The successful candidate will also contribute to the future of Launch Potato’s data team by mentoring peers and fostering a high-performance, quality-first engineering culture. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, SQL, Docker, and AWS, along with experience building scalable ETL pipelines and data lake infrastructure.
