Launch Potato is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to join their remote-first team. This role involves leading scalable data engineering efforts to empower cross-functional teams with reliable, timely, and actionable data. The successful candidate will build and optimize ETL and data lake processes, own data ingestion, modeling, and transformation, and partner with BI and Analytics to deliver clean datasets. They will also maintain database monitoring, serve as the internal point of contact for reporting infrastructure, and contribute to the future of Launch Potato’s data team by mentoring peers and shaping a high-performance, quality-first engineering culture.
