The successful candidate will provide high-touch technology support to executives, senior stakeholders, and visiting teams, acting as the go-to person for all things tech. Responsibilities include managing tech setups, troubleshooting various issues, partnering with other teams to resolve complex problems, and maintaining clear documentation. The ideal candidate will have over three years of IT support experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment like finance or investment, along with strong communication and technical skills in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and mobile device management.
