Klipboard, an ERP solution tailored for wholesale distributors, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage large-scale software implementation projects. The role involves guiding customers through their implementation journey, providing training, gathering requirements, and ensuring seamless data migration. Key responsibilities include conducting onsite discovery sessions, creating training plans, performing business analysis, documenting software change requests, delivering product training, identifying topics for standardized LMS content, traveling for various activities, staying updated on new software features, maintaining project timelines, providing status reporting, managing scope creep, escalating issues, ensuring clear communication of next steps, managing enterprise support queues, providing technical assistance, customizing reports, collaborating with Customer Success, troubleshooting issues, supporting QA, and adjusting work hours as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience managing multiple implementations, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work across time zones. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience is required, along with outstanding communication skills. PMP or similar certification is strongly preferred. Bonus points are given for experience implementing ERP software in wholesale distribution and working with ERP systems in the distribution space.
