Description
FD Echo ensures that production solutions continue delivering value after deployment. This role focuses on sustainability, reliability, lifecycle management, and driving the adoption of deployed capabilities. The individual will assume ownership of deployed solutions, develop lifecycle management plans, monitor system health, drive user adoption, identify scalability improvements, and support release and deployment management activities. Travel expectations are 10-30%. Candidates must be comfortable with an on-site presence.
