Description
Shell is seeking an experienced Professional Engineer specializing in Gas Fired Generation (GFG) Assets. This role involves providing technical expertise in the operation, maintenance, and reliability of gas turbines and high-speed rotating equipment across a global portfolio of renewable energy assets. The successful candidate will also support onshore wind turbine assets and leverage rotating equipment knowledge to enhance asset performance. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing maintenance strategies, supporting troubleshooting, conducting failure analysis, planning turnaround schedules, managing threats and opportunities, improving reliability, ensuring compliance, and overseeing change processes. The role requires collaboration with various internal and external teams and necessitates frequent travel.
