Description
This is a high-impact, principal-level role for an experienced Engineer who will operate with significant autonomy, taking operational leadership to stabilize UiPath's large-scale distributed services. The role involves leading incident command, tactical response, prevention, and service design, partnering with various teams globally to enhance service availability, reduce operational burden, and ensure reliable scaling under real-world conditions. The individual will also serve as the Japan regional owner for SRE standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
