Description
EquipmentShare is seeking an Electrical Engineer II - Sr. Engineer for its Corporate HQ in Columbia, Missouri to support hybrid vehicle electrical and battery charging design and development, as well as OEM integration of proprietary products. The role involves designing mechanical and electrical components such as wire harnesses, battery packs, charging, drive systems, and related schematics using CAD and simulation tools, while collaborating with suppliers, customers, manufacturing, and validation teams. Candidates should have a degree in electrical, mechanical, or a related engineering field, at least 2+ years of related experience, and experience or familiarity with battery technology, BMS, power electronics, embedded systems, CAN networking, and EMC/thermal management.
