Description
NTT DATA is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will respond to client support requests, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and maintain hardware and software, and provide basic training in computer operation and management. This role involves working with Cisco and wireless technology, implementing and maintaining networked systems, managing LAN/Voice/Video services, and driving remediation efforts related to information security. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Windows operating system and solid client service skills, along with an A+ desktop certification or equivalent.
