Focus Group is seeking an experienced Delivery Coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract starting in early May. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end telecoms service provisioning, including Ethernet, WLR, SIP, Broadband, and Number Porting. Key responsibilities involve managing customer-supplier interactions, monitoring provisioning queues, resolving escalations, and contributing to process improvements. The role requires strong telecoms provisioning experience, supplier management knowledge, excellent customer service, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and order tracking systems.
