LawnStarter is seeking a Conversion Performance Engineer to join their Growth team. This role involves owning the full customer acquisition funnel, from ad clicks to first completed service, using tools like Webflow, VWO, AI, Tableau, and Hotjar. The successful candidate will build and run A/B tests, optimize landing pages, and drive improvements in the visit-to-customer rate. This is a solo operator role focused on scaling an experimentation program, embedding AI into workflows, and solving problems related to capitalizing on Webflow migrations and optimizing various channels.
