Medical Guardian is looking for a Cloud DevOps Engineer to lead the design, maintenance, and performance of their cloud-first enterprise IT infrastructure. The role involves overseeing technical operations and security response, focusing on Azure cloud infrastructure, networking, Microsoft 365, RBAC, and identity management. The ideal candidate will also act as a cloud architect, network troubleshooter, security responder, and automation engineer, contributing to high availability, performance, and security of critical systems.
