OMERS is seeking a Building Operator to join their Operations team in Vancouver. The role involves monitoring and adjusting building equipment for maximum efficiency, managing tenant requests, performing preventative maintenance, liaising with service providers, reviewing contracted work, developing energy priorities, and conducting general maintenance. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of technical and mechanical building operations experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
