Laundryheap is seeking an Associate - Driver Operations to report to the Regional Lead. This role focuses on maintaining operational excellence by overseeing driver onboarding, monitoring live logistics, planning routes, and resolving real-time issues. Key responsibilities include conducting outbound calls and video sessions for driver recruitment, optimizing route plans, providing live support to drivers, handling inbound queries, tracking KPIs, and collaborating with internal teams across various regions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience in operations, support, or logistics, preferably with international exposure, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
