EquipmentShare is seeking an Analytics Engineer, People Analytics to join their corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO. This fully remote position involves building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data structures for People Analytics initiatives, partnering with HR, Finance, and the People Analytics team to manage data infrastructure and ETL processes, and contributing to internal tooling, automation, and AI/LLM initiatives. The role focuses on developing SQL and Python pipelines, maintaining Snowflake/dbt data models, monitoring pipelines, implementing automated testing, building dashboards, codifying business rules, and supporting day-to-day reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to making a difference in the construction industry.
