This platform aims to streamline customer, sales, and internal workflows using advanced multi-agent, multi-modal interaction systems. Key responsibilities include designing and operating evaluation systems, fine-tuning language models, architecting low-latency pipelines, ensuring safety and compliance, collaborating with various stakeholders, establishing standards for prompt design, and developing APIs and SDKs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multi-agent frameworks, LLM operations, voice integration, and safety model design, contributing significantly to product development and mentorship.
