Blue Acorn iCi is seeking an experienced and highly skilled AEM Technical Lead/Architect to drive the development, architecture, and optimization of digital content sites and customer experiences. The role involves serving as the primary technical expert for AEM-based content sites, guiding the team on best practices, designing and implementing scalable AEM solutions, and overseeing performance optimization. The successful candidate will also lead a team of AEM developers and QA engineers, foster technical excellence, and collaborate with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Key responsibilities include front-end development proficiency, digital experience optimization, business alignment, and content workflow management within the AEM ecosystem.
