Lighthouse is seeking a passionate and dedicated Part Time ABA Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Responsibilities include implementing ABA therapy techniques, teaching and reinforcing appropriate skills, conducting assessments, collecting data, collaborating with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team, communicating with parents/caregivers, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children on the autism spectrum, demonstrate empathy, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
