## How Metaintro Handles Your Privacy

At Metaintro, your privacy is a core part of how we build and operate our platform. This article answers the most common questions about data storage, conversation visibility, training data, and deletion.

### Where Is My Data Stored?

All personal data you provide to Metaintro, including your profile information, resumes, and conversation history, is stored on encrypted servers hosted in SOC 2-compliant data centers. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your information at rest and in transit.

### Who Can View My Conversations?

Your Threads conversations are private between you and the AI. However, our trust and safety team may review conversations in the following situations:

- **Safety reviews** -- to detect and prevent harmful content or platform misuse
- **Quality assurance** -- to ensure the AI provides accurate and helpful career guidance
- **Abuse reports** -- if a conversation is flagged by our automated systems

Conversation reviews are conducted by a limited number of authorized team members under strict confidentiality agreements.

### Is My Data Used for Training?

Metaintro may use anonymized conversation data to improve our AI models and career-matching algorithms. Here is what you should know:

- Data used for training is **fully anonymized** -- personal identifiers are stripped before processing
- Anonymized data helps us improve job recommendations, resume suggestions, and Threads responses
- **You can opt out** of having your data used for training purposes at any time

### How Do I Request Data Deletion?

If you want your personal data removed from Metaintro, you have two options:

- **Data deletion without account removal** -- if you want specific data removed while keeping your account active, contact support with the details of what you would like deleted.

To request either option, email [**support@metaintro.com**](mailto:support@metaintro.com). Our team typically responds within 48 hours and will confirm once the deletion is complete.

### Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under regulations such as GDPR or CCPA, including:
